We built the store we wished existed

Pet wellness is a crowded, confusing space. Amazon is full of products with no transparency about what's actually in them. Big box retailers stock whatever moves units. And most pet supplement brands market aggressively while saying very little of substance.

We got tired of it. So we built something different.

The honest version of how this started

This store started because we couldn't find a place we actually trusted to buy supplements for our dogs. Every time we searched, we hit the same problems: vague ingredient lists, marketing claims with no substance behind them, and zero information about where products were actually made.

We wanted something simple: a curated selection of products from suppliers we could actually vet, with ingredient transparency we could actually verify, at prices that weren't exploitative.

This is that store. We're still small. We're still building. But every product here was chosen deliberately, and we're not going to compromise that to grow faster.

How we choose products

Every product on this site goes through the same evaluation before it gets listed:

  1. 1We check the supplier's quality certifications — we prioritize NASC-member suppliers
  2. 2We read the full ingredient list — no proprietary blends that hide what's actually in there
  3. 3We verify that active ingredients are present in amounts that actually do something
  4. 4We check that health claims on the label comply with FTC and FDA guidelines
  5. 5We look at independent reviews from real pet owners — not manufactured social proof

What we actually stand for

We read every label

Before anything goes on this site, we check the ingredient list, the supplier's quality certifications, and whether the active ingredients are present in meaningful amounts. We won't sell something we can't stand behind.

No disease claims — ever

We follow NASC guidelines strictly. Our products support wellness. They are not drugs, they don't treat diseases, and we'll never pretend otherwise. When something needs a vet, we'll tell you.

Pets first, margins second

We would rather carry fewer products we actually believe in than a warehouse full of things we're indifferent about. If we wouldn't give it to our own pets, it's not on the site.

Honest about what we don't know

The research on pet supplements is still developing. Where evidence is strong, we'll say so. Where it's preliminary or mixed, we'll say that too. We'd rather be honest than sound more certain than we are.

What we're not going to do

Invent reviews or inflate star ratings
Make disease treatment claims to sell more products
Add a product just because it has high margins
Pretend we know more than we do about the science
Make you feel guilty for not buying the most expensive option
Send you 47 marketing emails a week

A note on health claims

The products on this site are nutritional supplements, not drugs. They have not been evaluated by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. We believe in the potential of natural wellness support, and we also believe in being honest about what supplements can and can't do. For any medical concern about your pet, please consult a licensed veterinarian.

Questions? We're easy to reach.

We're a small team and we actually respond. If something on the site doesn't look right or you want to know more about a product, just ask.
