Free Shipping on Every Order
Every Peacaw order ships free — no minimum, no exceptions. You'll never see a shipping charge at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and submitted to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Processing time is additional.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, contact us at peacaw.store@gmail.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional countries — check back soon.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at peacaw.store@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately. We'll either locate your shipment or send a replacement.
