Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping really free on every order?
Yes — free standard shipping on every US order, no minimum purchase and no fine print. Whether you're buying a single dog collar or a large orthopedic pet bed, shipping is always on us.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. We ship from US-based warehouses, so you're not waiting weeks for international shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your carrier tracking number. You can use that number directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to follow your package in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on international shipping and hope to offer it later this year.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they're already queued for fulfillment. Email us at peacaw.store@gmail.com right away and we'll do everything we can to help.
Returns & Guarantee
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee on everything. If you're not satisfied for any reason — the product didn't fit, your pet refused to use it, you simply changed your mind — contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions, no hoops.
Do I need to ship the product back to get a refund?
For most situations, no. We trust our customers. In most cases we'll process your refund without requiring the product back. We'll always be upfront with you about what we need.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days and appear on your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email peacaw.store@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — whichever you prefer.
Products & Sizing
How do I choose the right size bed for my dog?
Measure your dog from nose to tail while they're stretched out, then add 6–12 inches. That's the minimum bed length you want. For dogs who like to curl up, you can go smaller. When in doubt, size up — a bed that's too big is always better than one that's too small. Each product page includes specific sizing recommendations.
Are your pet beds safe and non-toxic?
Yes. All of our beds use pet-safe, non-toxic materials. Our orthopedic memory foam beds are made without harmful chemicals. If you have specific material concerns about a product, email us and we'll get you the full product specs.
Will my cat actually use a cat tree or climbing shelf?
Most cats take to climbing furniture naturally — especially if you introduce it with a little catnip or treats. Younger cats and indoor cats especially benefit from vertical space and enrichment. Placement matters too: put it near a window and watch them claim it as their own within days.
What pet gate fits my doorway?
Check the product page for the specific width range each gate covers — our gates include adjustable pressure-mount options that fit standard doorways and hallways. If you have an unusually wide opening or an irregular space, email us your measurements and we'll point you to the right option.
Are automatic feeders easy to set up?
Yes — our automatic feeders are designed for everyday pet owners, not tech enthusiasts. Setup typically takes 5–10 minutes. Most include a simple timer dial or basic digital display. Each product page includes the full setup overview so you know what to expect before you buy.
Are your products safe for both dogs and cats?
Most of our products are species-specific — dog beds for dogs, cat trees for cats, and so on. Where a product works for both, we say so clearly on the product page. Always check the product description to confirm it's designed for your pet.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your card information is never stored on our servers. All payments are processed through Stripe, which uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security available.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a separate shipping notification with your tracking number once your order ships.
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at peacaw.store@gmail.com with your name and the approximate order time and we'll look it up right away.
