Our Guarantee
We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every Peacaw order. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right — no hassle, no return shipping required.
What We Cover
We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- ✓Defective or not functioning as described
- ✓Damaged during shipping
- ✓Wrong item sent
- ✓Significantly different from the product description
What We Don't Cover
- ✕Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- ✕Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- ✕Damage caused by misuse or improper care
- ✕Exchanges — we issue refunds only, not replacements
How to Request a Refund
- 1.Email us at peacaw.store@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- 2.Include your order number and a photo or short description of the issue
- 3.We'll review your request within 1–2 business days
- 4.Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
No return shipping required. In most cases we do not ask you to ship the item back — just send us a photo and we'll process your refund.
Shipping Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at peacaw.store@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and supplier right away.
